On the Fridge

The hub keeps public work findable without stretching a grocery list into a prophecy. If something is live, it says live. If it is later, it stays later until a real scope earns a magnet.

Live: Home kitchen, Projects, Dev Logs, The Door, and The Wolf Tale hub are the active counter space.
Scheduled: Release notes and site polish move after local verification, Nicholas review, and live checks.
Later: Projects fridge cards and a Dev Logs tablet stay parked for separate future scopes.
